Gregory (Greg) B. Fairchild is the Isidore Horween Research Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School and the Associate Dean for Washington, D.C. Area Initiatives and Academic Director of Public Policy and Entrepreneurship. Dr.Fairchild is an expert in business strategy, business ethics, leadership and entrepreneurship, specializing in underserved, overlooked markets. In 2012, Dr. Fairchild was named one of the Top Ten Business School Professors in the World by CNN/Fortune and one of the 50 Best Business School Professors by Poets & Quants. Dr. Fairchild holds a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Columbia University.
James (Jim) M. Seneff, Jr. is the Executive Chairman at CNL Financial Group. Mr. Seneff founded CNL Financial Group in 1973, and has guided the company over the past 40 years. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University. He is a resident of Orlando, Florida, and is deeply involved in his community.
Joshua (Josh) J. Yates serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Thriving Cities Group, a not-for-profit civic ventures firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dr. Yates founded the Thriving Cities Group out of research performed at the University of Virginia, where he continues to serve as Research Assistant Professor of Sociology. At the University of Virginia, Dr. Yates also serves as Director, Program on Culture, Capitalism, and Global Change at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture, IASC PI, Thriving Cities Project. Dr. Yates holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), Sociology, from the University of Virginia.
Michael Bontrager founded Chatham Financial in 1991 and continues to serve as Chatham’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In 2015, Mr. Bontrager won an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2015 Award, which recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in their field and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. He holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College, Illinois and received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
